Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Istanbul seeks an Investment Banking Associate to contribute to origination and execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM mandates across sectors in the EMEA region. You will work on capital-raising transactions including listings and rights issues, collaborating with global teams.

You will mentor Analysts and work on complex financial models while leveraging tools like FactSet and Bloomberg to support deal execution and client advisory.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience (3 years if with bulge bracket).
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with high attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of the transaction cycle for IB products.

Responsibilities

• Execute, market and cover across industries and IB products.
• Research and analyse market data and companies.
• Prepare client presentations.
• Perform valuation analyses (DCF, multiples, LBO) and analyse financing needs.
• Build detailed financial models.
• Coordinate with industry and product teams to execute deals end-to-end.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Analysts and Interns.
