Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Turkey to lead complex EPC, Chemical, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects. You will coordinate ABB and non-ABB products, manage commercial and technical interfaces, and drive on-time delivery from offer to turnover to the client.

The role requires 8+ years of project management experience, proficiency in SAP/MS Project/AutoCAD, and strong Turkish and English communications. The work model is hybrid, with travel 30–40% of the time.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience managing complex, large-scale multidiscipline projects.
• Experience with eHouse/container solutions and multi-product integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and customer-facing aspects of assigned projects.
• Support tendering and participate in client meetings to secure orders.
• Review orders technically and commercially during negotiations and manage order entry.
• Coordinate engineering and integration activities with internal teams and customers.
• Ensure on-time milestones, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
