Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Turkey to support regulatory reporting, tax declarations, vendor management, and ledger maintenance. You will work with intra-group finance teams to ensure governance and financial integrity within a regulated environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in finance or accounting, fluency in Turkish and English, and strong ERP/GAAP experience. SAP/PeopleSoft knowledge is advantageous, with responsibilities spanning audits and MIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in banking/financial services or consulting for banking clients.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP/PeopleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities per latest regulations.
• Maintain ledger controls and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with tax declarations and e-legal books.
• Oversee accounts payable workflows and vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal auditors and cross-functional teams for audits.
• Support ICAAP reporting and MIS to enable informed decision-making.
