Job summary

Epiroc Turkey Finance Department is seeking a Credit Controller in Istanbul. Hybrid onsite/remote arrangement with the Finance team. The role reports to the Business Controller of Epiroc Turkey and involves end-to-end credit operations for customers.

Key duties include managing collections, preparing aging reports, and monitoring overdue ratios. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience, English proficiency, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in credit control or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and Lotus Notes.
• Proficiency in English.
• Flexible with working hours and strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing collections from customers and improving their payment performance.
• Preparing weekly AR and AP aging reports.
• Monitoring and enhancing the overdue ratio.
• Reporting clients for legal proceedings and supporting related processes.
• Calculating provisions for doubtful accounts (PDD) monthly and tracking accounting processes.
• Verifying and following up on approval stages of newly opened customer accounts.
• Allocating customer credit limits based on financial data and payment performance, and revising annually.
• Evaluating customer requests for changes in payment terms and submitting for approval.
• Calculating DSO, DPO, DIO, and CCC, and improving KPIs.
• Preparing monthly cash flow statements and balancing cash-debt-receivables management.
• Checking supplier invoices due and tracking cash outflows.
• Managing customer reconciliation processes and invoicing timelines.
• Maintaining relationships with financial institutions and processing transactions.
