Job summary

EŞARJ is seeking a Billing Operations professional to join our Operation and Public Affairs team in Turkey. The role focuses on end-to-end billing processes after charging transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Revenue Administration, EMRA, E-Invoicing and E-Archive, and handling corrections and refunds.

Ideal candidates will have experience in SAP billing, data controls, and reconciliation, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, revenue tracking, reconciliation, or operational processes.
• Proficiency in SAP applications; preferably experienced in billing, collection, and current account processes through SAP.
• Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive, Revenue Administration regulations, and EMRA regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills; capable of working with large data sets, reporting and insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up end-to-end billing processes arising after charging transactions in compliance with Revenue Administration, EMRA, E-Invoice, and E-Archive regulations.
• Perform invoice/data controls in SAP and related systems; correct incorrect, incomplete, or failed billing records.
• Manage cancellation, refund, and correction invoices, plus collection-invoice matching and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of invoice requests and service tickets from customers and internal teams in line with SLA.
• Manage end-to-end data, invoice, and transaction controls in roaming billing and reconciliation processes.
• Carry out billing, refund, and revenue operations in line with the accounting period closing calendar.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc operational reports related to billing, revenue, refund, and reconciliation processes.
• Contribute to operational forecasting, reporting, and decision-support activities related to billing and revenue processes.
• Analyze recurring error causes and contribute to process improvement, control mechanisms, and automation initiatives.
