Job summary

Gea Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage and optimize invoicing processes with strong SAP expertise. You will handle daily processing, controls, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Logistics to ensure accurate, compliant invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in AR accounting, multinational exposure, and fluency in English. Turkish GAAP knowledge and SMMM qualification are advantages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional level of English.
• Min 5-6 years AR accounting experience, multinational company a plus.
• Strong SAP knowledge and Turkish GAAP familiarity.
• SMMM qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor and review e-invoices and e-archived invoices.
• Process daily sales and service invoices in SAP and handle cancellations.
• Verify orders, deliveries and invoices for accuracy (VAT, pricing, terms).
• Identify SAP invoicing errors and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Prepare daily and monthly control reports and support period-end closing.
