Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair with own truck.
• EPA Universal license required (assistance available to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on performance, maintenance needs, and upgrades.
• Generate quotes, process payments, and document work.
• Maintain truck inventory and coordinate with dispatch/parts.
• Mentor apprentices and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide 5-star service.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes.
