Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Ankara is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to shape our people strategy as we grow across two manufacturing plants.

You will structure HR processes, lead people-centered initiatives, and partner with senior management to align HR with business goals. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of driving end-to-end HR operations. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of core HR operations and personnel administration.
• Proven experience in establishing, developing, and improving HR policies, processes, and practices.
• Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to position HR as an integral part of the business.

In this role, you will not only structure and enhance existing HR processes, but also lead people-centered, sustainable, and value-driven initiatives that support the company’s growth and institutionalization journey.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
