Job summary

Unilever is seeking an HR GenNext intern to collaborate on local HR initiatives at the Konya HPC Factory in Konya. You’ll work with the HR Business Partner and factory HR team to support training, performance management, and people analytics while developing your own strategic HR capabilities.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in learning interventions and a career development framework, with an emphasis on delivering meaningful data to inform decisions and drive growth.

• Digital Savvy and future-focused.
• Improve a newly established system and become a system administrator.
• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with digital education platforms and contribute to training processes with relevant teams.
• Assist deploy and execute HR agenda at Konya HPC Factory, focusing on PM, Growth Culture, People Analytics, Learning interventions and career development; provide meaningful people data for decisions.
• Contribute to HR Strategy for Konya HPC Factory with the factory HR Team over the internship period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be familiar with the working principles and interface of the digital education platforms used and to contribute to the training processes together with the relevant teams.
• Assisting in the deployment and execution of the Konya HPC Factory human resources agenda, focusing on areas such as Performance Management, Growth Culture, People Analytics, Learning interventions, and the career development framework. This includes providing meaningful people data in decision-making.
• Contributing to the creation of the Human Resources Strategy for Konya HPC Factory, working closely with the factory HR Team to develop strategic plans over the span of the internship.
