Job summary

Unilever Konya HPC Factory seeks an Engineering & Sustainability GenNext to drive transformation and operational excellence within the local supply chain. You will lead performance follow-up initiatives, implement digital tools including AI-driven solutions, and execute sustainability Kaizens while tracking SMP actions.

The role requires an engineering degree, willingness to reside in Konya, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering (preferably Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field).
• Fresh graduates, 4th grade at bachelor's degree or master's degree.
• Ability of analytical thinking
• Living (or willing to live) in Konya
• Ability of handling several projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Intermediate English knowledge

Scope: Local

Local Location: Konya HPC

Terms & Conditions: Full Time or Part Time (min 4 days/week)
