Job summary
ALSTOM Gruppe in Istanbul seeks a seasoned Product & Software Development Team Manager to lead software-enabled product development from concept to release. You will coach and grow multiple teams, align with Product Management, Architecture, and stakeholders, and champion modern development practices to deliver value.
You will drive roadmaps, translate requirements into actionable objectives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture across functions and countries.
Qualifications
- Degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Experience with modern software development practices (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of product development and roadmap planning.
- Familiarity with coaching and developing diverse teams.
- Project management or Agile certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead software-enabled product development across full lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
- Translate product requirements into clear technical and delivery objectives.
- Promote best practices in development, reuse, and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple software development teams or squads.
- Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, quality by design.
