Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join our financial team. You will lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results and partner with operations to optimize profitability and cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field and at least 2 years in a finance management capacity within hospitality, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance management role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with hotel finance operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the hotel’s monthly, periodic, and annual financial results.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning; analyze variances to budget.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reports to the Director of Finance.
• Support accounting, cost control, accounts receivable/payable, and cash management processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
