Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is hiring a Bellboy to help guests with luggage, provide information, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. You will work under the Director of Front Office and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires strong guest focus, English and Turkish language skills, and the ability to handle multiple requests with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Guest-oriented with excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and respond promptly to their different needs.
• Good command of Turkish and English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Receive, transport, and safely store guests’ luggage.
• Provide guests with information about their rooms and features.
• Prioritize and manage multiple guest requests during busy periods.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and provide professional solutions to complaints.
• Respond to guest questions promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure security of guests’ belongings and verify return to the correct guest.
• Communicate special requests to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
• Organize and store luggage per established procedures.
• Assist with transportation arrangements for guests.
• Keep lobby and luggage areas clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with maintenance and proper functioning of equipment.
• Comply with service standards, safety regulations and OH&S procedures.
