Qualifications

• Proven experience owning growth initiatives in a consumer fintech product.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to understand products and user needs, identify opportunities, and turn them into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth targets into priorities and initiatives.
• Plan, prioritize, and measure campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Plan and track marketing budgets, evaluate returns, and optimize investments.
• Align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and adjust plans to stay on track.
