Job summary

Good Job Games in Istanbul (Sarıyer) is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to manage user acquisition channels, analyze campaigns, and optimize bidding strategies for stronger ROI. You'll work with a creative team to align ads with data-driven KPIs.

The role requires 1–2 years in performance marketing and a degree in engineering, management, or economics, plus strong communication and analytical skills. This is an on-site position in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Management or Economics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general.
