Job summary

Rollic, an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, is seeking a growth-focused professional to own and scale a diverse mobile portfolio with a data-driven mindset. Lead paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and networks; explore non-paid channels such as partnerships, influencer marketing, ASO and community initiatives; work with Product, Creative, Data and Monetization to maximize impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced analytical environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, performance marketing, and growth strategy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy to scale Rollic’s mobile game portfolio.
• Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks).
• Explore and scale non-paid growth channels including partnerships, influencer marketing, ASO, community initiatives, and growth experiments.
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights, and new high-potential growth channels.
• Work closely with Product, Creative, Data, and Monetization teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize impact.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, prioritize initiatives, and guide strategic decisions.
• Test, iterate, and scale new growth hypotheses in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.

Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.

Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.

Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Car Sort, Gecko Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy to scale Rollic’s mobile game portfolio
• Manage and optimize paid User Acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks, etc.)
• Explore and scale non-paid growth channels including partnerships, featuring opportunities, influencer marketing, ASO, community initiatives, and growth experiments
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights, and new high-potential growth channels

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced and analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech, performance marketing, or similar)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming, performance marketing, and growth strategy
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
