Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in P&L ownership, sales leadership, and end-to-end operational management, with a strong commercial mindset. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on financial oversight, and the ability to integrate commercial, financial, and manufacturing functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in label or related manufacturing.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and strategic growth.
• Strong sales, business development, and commercial mindset.
• Hands-on finance skills including budgeting, cash flow, and working capital.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial and operational strategy.
• Lead sales, customer acquisition, and key account management.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cash flow, and costs.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements.
• Lead, develop, and motivate management team.
• Coordinate across sales, production, supply chain, and finance.
• Present performance and plans to shareholders/board.
• Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements.
