Job summary

Everis is seeking a software engineer to own end-to-end development for Pebble across mobile, web and backend. You’ll ship features, monitor production, and optimize onboarding, activation and monetization through focused experiments.

Candidates should have 2+ years delivering production software, a generalist profile across platforms, and strong API/data skills. A relevant degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, releasing, and supporting production software.
• Generalist capable across mobile, web, or backend and owning changes across boundaries.
• Growth-focused with measurable results from product or funnel improvements.
• Strong foundations in APIs, data modelling, testing, debugging, release practices and monitoring.
• Mobile-app growth experience and familiarity with app subscriptions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ship changes across Pebble's mobile app, web experiences and backend.
• Own technical approach, implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, activation, monetization and retention and run experiments.
