Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on new business or strategy.
• Ability to research brands, markets and competitors and prepare compelling pitches.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to turn data into a clear story.

Responsibilities

• Research and map target brands and categories in Türkiye; build and maintain a prospect list with contacts, agencies, current influencer activity and timing.
• Prepare pitch and proposal materials: market and competitor research, audience and creator insights, campaign ideas, creator shortlists, cost estimates and slides.
• Support RFP and pitch processes end to end: track deadlines and requirements, coordinate inputs from Account & Activation, Tech & Data and Finance, and ensure submissions are complete and on time.
• Prepare credentials, case studies and capability decks for Influential TR and keep them up to date with the latest work and results.
• Join pitch meetings and client introductions; take notes, follow up on items and keep the pipeline tracker accurate.

We plan, run and measure creator-led campaigns for some of the largest FMCG, consumer health, technology and retail brands in the market, and we connect the Türkiye market to Influential's global network, playbooks and technology stack (including Captiv8 and our own creator commerce mobile app).

Our Growth & Clients team is where the business grows: it brings new brands into Influential TR, wins pitches, builds our creator and talent agency network, and opens the doors that the Account & Activation team then walks through.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Growth & Clients Executive helps Influential TR win. Working with the Growth & Clients Business Head, you work on new business rather than live campaigns: identifying brands that should be working with us, preparing pitches and proposals, researching the market and competitors, and growing our network of content creators and talent agencies so that every pitch comes with the right faces and the right prices.

This is a role for someone who is curious, commercially minded and comfortable with the pace of pitches and deadlines, and who wants to learn how an influencer marketing business is built, brand by brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

New business and pitches

• Research and map target brands and categories in Türkiye; build and maintain the prospect list with contacts, agencies, current influencer activity and timing.
• Prepare pitch and proposal materials: market and competitor research, audience and creator insights, campaign ideas, creator shortlists, cost estimates and slides.
• Support RFP and pitch processes end to end: track deadlines and requirements, coordinate inputs from Account & Activation, Tech & Data and Finance, and make sure every submission is complete and on time.
• Prepare credentials, case studies and capability decks for Influential TR and keep them up to date with the latest work and results.
• Join pitch meetings and client introductions; take notes, own follow-up items and keep the pipeline tracker accurate.

Creator and talent agency network

• Discover and profile new content creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including rising names, niche categories and creators not yet working with agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies and creator management companies; collect rosters, rate cards and availability, and support framework agreements and new partnerships.
• Keep the creator and agency database up to date with profiles, rates, past collaborations and relationship notes, so that pitches and campaigns can start from the best possible list.
• Onboard new creators and agencies to our tools and processes, including Captiv8 and our creator commerce mobile app, together with Operations.

Market and competitor intelligence

• Follow which brands are running influencer campaigns in Türkiye, with whom and through which agencies; track competitor agency wins, new formats and platform updates.
• Turn this into short, regular updates and opportunity notes for the Growth & Clients Business Head and the wider team.
• Support growth opportunities within existing clients: new brands, new markets or new services such as creator commerce and affiliate, with research and proposal materials.
• Coordinate with Finance on proposal budgets, rate cards and commercial terms for new agreements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1 to 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media or advertising, ideally in a new business, client service or strategy team at an agency.
• Experience supporting pitches, proposals or RFPs: research, decks, costings and deadlines.
• Real knowledge of the Türkiye creator scene on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and an interest in who the next names will be.
• Commercial mindset; you understand what a brand is trying to achieve and can connect it to a creator idea and a budget.
• Strong research and presentation skills; you can turn scattered information into a clear slide and a clear argument.
• Confident, polite and persistent communicator, with brands, creators and agencies alike; comfortable reaching out to people you have not met.
• Organised and reliable under deadline pressure; several pitches and prospects at the same time do not throw you off.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms (Captiv8, HypeAuditor or similar).
• Experience with creator commerce, affiliate or performance-linked influencer campaigns.
• Existing relationships with talent agencies or creator management companies in Türkiye.
• Basic knowledge of advertising and disclosure rules for influencer content in Türkiye.
