Job summary

On Hire Limited seeks an experienced R&D leader to drive innovation across Beauty & Personal Care, including Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care and Deodorants. You will lead strategy, formulation excellence, benchmarking, fragrance development and technology transfer.

The role requires 12–18+ years in Cosmetics R&D, strong leadership, and ability to relocate to Cairo. Fluent English and international experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 12–18+ years of experience in Cosmetics, Beauty & Personal Care R&D.
• Strong expertise in formulation, product performance, testing and industrial scale-up.
• Proven leadership experience, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to relocate to Cairo.
• International experience in Turkey, Eastern Europe or Central Europe is an advantage.
