Curious Brand is a brand design and communication studio with a fully remote team. We are adding a designer to our core team to carry creative direction across social media, print, presentations, and video.

The role focuses on designing social content, campaign visuals, and print layouts, with regular video editing and multi-format adaptation in multiple languages. This is a fully remote, full-time freelance designer role invoiced monthly.

Responsabilidades

• Design social content, campaign visuals, presentations, reports and print layouts.
• Edit short-form video as a regular part of the work: cuts, captions, sound and versions for each platform.
• Adapt / implement approved key visuals across formats and languages.
• Use AI tools judiciously to improve speed or quality, with good judgement on where not to.
• Work closely with project managers using instant chat and project management tools.
• Take ownership of each project from brief to delivery of correctly prepared files.

Curious Brand is a brand design and communication studio with its remote team. For 15 years we have helped organisations communicate clearly, inside and out. Our clients include some Fortune 500 companies as well as small startups.
We are adding a designer to our core team: someone who can take a creative direction and carry it, carefully and independently, across all the necessary channels [social media, print, presentations and video]

The role

• Design social content, campaign visuals, presentations, reports and print layouts
• Edit short-form video as a regular part of the work: cuts, captions, sound and versions for each platform
• Adapt / implement approved key visuals across formats and languages
• Use AI tools (if you only use AI to create designs please kindly do not apply) where they improve speed or quality, with judgement about where they don’t
• Work closely with project managers, using instant chat and project management tools
• Take "real" ownership of each project, from understanding the brief to delivering correctly prepared files [naming the files, really reading the given copy... these are important points we need]

What we look for

• Minimum four years of professional design experience, shown through real client work (please do not send student project heavy portfolios)
• Strong understanding of branding and brand guidelines.
• Strong typography and layout across digital and print
• Confident use of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and a video tool you use every week, ideally Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Native Turkish and fluent written English
• Careful attention to detail. You review copy, spacing, image quality, sizes and exports before work leaves your hands. This is central to the role.
• Reliability: full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with tasks kept up to date and questions raised early
