Job summary

UNDP Careers in Türkiye seeks a Grant Implementation Expert on a retainer basis to support the EU Partnership for Local Climate Action in Türkiye Project. The role involves technical, analytical and operational tasks for grant implementation, reporting and monitoring, with work conducted from home-based setup and in Ankara as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Economics/Business Administration/Management/Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years (with master’s) or 4 years (with bachelor) of relevant experience needed.
• Fluency in Turkish and English required.
• Experience with EU grants or similar project implementation and/or auditing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, analytical, and operational support for grant implementation and monitoring.
• Review and consolidate grant documentation, reports and required information.
• Support MIS use, monitoring & evaluation activities, and donor reporting.
• Prepare guidance notes, templates and training materials for grant implementation.
• Coordinate with UNDP, beneficiaries and stakeholders regarding grant activities.
