Job summary

Işıkkent School is seeking an Overseas Education Consultant to join its Overseas Education Consultancy Office. You will assess students, guide country/uni selections, and manage application timelines and documents.

Role requires five years in overseas university admission processes, excellent English, and ability to work with students and parents while ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience in overseas university application and admission processes.
• Knowledge of university admission requirements, application platforms and international examinations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing personal statements, CVs and application documents in English.
• Strong communication, planning and follow-up skills.
• Detail oriented, confidentiality aware and team player.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ academic profiles, interests and goals, and guide them in selecting countries, universities and degree programmes.
• Advise students on course selection and admission requirements for target universities.
• Provide information on IELTS, SAT, CENT-S and similar exams, and manage registration and results-tracking.
• Research university options and prepare suitable university lists.
• Plan application timelines and coordinate with students and parents.
• Support students in preparing personal statements, CVs and letters of recommendation for portals.
• Monitor results and scholarships, and suggest alternative universities when needed.
• Deliver presentations to students and parents on overseas education and programs.
• Plan and coordinate university visits and education events.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on applications and admissions.
• Ensure processes comply with KVKK and data security requirements.
