Job summary

Koç University is seeking an International Student Recruitment Assistant Specialist to lead our international recruitment efforts within the Student Recruitment Office. This is a one-year position aimed at increasing global visibility and attracting talented students to undergraduate and graduate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years in student recruitment or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish; additional languages preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of international student recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate communication activities to increase international applications.
• Communicate with prospective students about Koç University and the application process.
• Represent Koç University at recruitment events and fairs abroad.
• Develop relationships with education agents and partners.
• Follow up with prospective students and support events and webinars.
• Contribute to activities strengthening Koç University's international presence.
