Job summary

Dream BIG is seeking an energetic Educational Consultant to expand its presence in Turkey and globally. The role involves explaining programs from foreign institutions, guiding students through study abroad processes, and coordinating with departments to manage student registrations and visas.

The ideal candidate is experienced in education outside Turkey, holds a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrates excellent English, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sector outside Turkey is preferred.
• Completion of a training program outside Turkey is preferred.
• Undergraduate diploma from a suitable university is required.
• High organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent command of the English language is required.
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
• No travel restrictions.
• Demonstrated strong human relations and professional demeanor.
• Eagerness to develop and learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Introduce programs and services offered by foreign education institutions to students and parents in-office, by phone, or email.
• Counsel and guide students on studying abroad, selecting country/city/school/accommodation and completing registrations.
• Follow-up with clients after acceptance and registration.
• Provide after-sales support by maintaining contact with students studying abroad.
• Inform students and parents about educational processes.
• Coordinate with departments to manage student processes.
• Assist with visa and residence procedures for students.
• Attend sales meetings and present suggestions to boost sales.
• Participate in or organize relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Job Description:

• Introducing the programs and services offered by foreign education institutions, in our office or via phone or e-mail to students and parents,
• Managing the counselling process by guiding students who want to study abroad on determining the best suited country, city, school and accommodation preferences and completing the associated registration procedures,
• Following-up on client files after acceptance and registration,
• Providing after-sales support by maintaining communication with students studying abroad,
• Informing students and parents about educational processes,
• Managing student processes in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Informing students and parents about the education process,
• Completing the student's visa and residence processes,
• Attending sales meetings,
• Formulating and presenting suggestions to increase sales,
• Attending or organizing relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Requirements:
