Job summary

NTU International A/S seeks experienced Transport Experts to join its Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2 Talent Pool. Candidates should have 5+ years in transport, infrastructure or mobility and be ready for donor-funded assignments worldwide, with focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific.

The project starts January 2027 and lasts 48 months. Experts will work on prefeasibility, policy development, investment pipelines and multilateral

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport, infrastructure or mobility.
Experience with international technical assistance and donor-funded projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with EU transport policies and Global Gateway is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify, prepare, appraise and implement transport and connectivity projects.
Conduct prefeasibility and feasibility studies, technical and financial analyses.
Support transport planning, rehabilitation, modernization and investment planning.
Assist authorities in policy, regulatory frameworks and sector reform.
Prepare transport investment pipelines aligned with Global Gateway priorities.
Advise on sustainable, low-carbon, smart and inclusive transport solutions.
Support multimodal connectivity and PPP opportunities.
Contribute to procurement, contract management and project supervision.
