Job summary

Evyap invites a results‑oriented Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives from inception to delivery. You will coordinate business and IT teams, develop robust project plans, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across global projects.

We seek a candidate with strong analytical, presentation, and English skills, capable of navigating ERP/SAP implementations, automation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in end-to-end project management.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP/SAP, process improvement, automation, or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in line with business objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Coordinate business, IT, and other relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and drive timely corrective actions.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates with clear decisions and ownership.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Support digital transformation, ERP/SAP, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate system implementation phases including testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project documentation and lessons learned.
• Contribute to PM standards and best practices across the organization.
