Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. is seeking a technically skilled professional to take over global supplier responsibilities within MB Truck Group. The role focuses on supplier evaluations, continuous improvement, and VDA-aligned processes to meet project milestones.

You will apply knowledge of vehicle technology, tooling, and quality methodologies (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D). Fluency in German or English and strong negotiation skills are essential for success in a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Technical studies with work experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of vehicle technology and tooling.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and 8D problem solving.
• Certified lead auditor acc. to VDA 6.3 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Takeover of global supplier responsibility as part of MB Truck Group.
• Participation in supplier evaluation activities (OSA-ICA).
• Performing proactive and reactive supplier improvement activities acc. to CVDS.
• Tracking milestones in new projects acc. to VDA-RGA.
• Participation in Global Module Team / Global Functional Team and ensuring the target SOP dates.
• Performing of PPF procedures according to VDA 6.3, R@R performance tests and process approvals as well as tool approval.
• Supporting of serial production quality issues and supporting of bottlenecks.
