Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component supply markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships with the ability to independently develop and maintain sourcing channels.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value and risks and to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers.
• Expand qualified sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and risks, coordinating with quality teams.
• Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation, purchasing terms and sourcing projects.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends, inventory changes and pricing dynamics.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness and supply stability.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, quality and logistics to solve sourcing needs.
• Optimize supplier structures to boost flexibility and resilience.
