Job summary

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. in İzmir is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our project team. You will contribute to the quality management process on large-scale construction projects and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant four-year university degree.
• Max 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in preparation and implementation of quality plans, procedures and related documentation.
• Knowledge of internal auditing and corrective action processes; Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
• Experience in monitoring quality KPIs and preparing quality reports.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
