Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to negotiate and draft a broad range of agreements, provide strategic legal support to project teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 7+ years PQE in a major international firm or in-house, English fluency, and a strong grasp of Turkish law with international awareness. Domestic and international travel will be expected; join a diverse, fast-paced global team.

Qualifications

• LLB degree from a reputable university.
• 7+ years PQE in a major international law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish laws, regulations, and judiciary; familiarity with international practice.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, project finance, and/or M&A.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, review and draft EPC, JVA, SPA, SHA, LOI, MOU and other agreements.
• Provide legal support to project teams on contractual and regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide strategic guidance on new laws.
• Coordinate external counsel and consultants effectively.
• Oversee dispute resolution/arbitration and report to management.
• Deliver solution-oriented legal advice to business units.
• Conduct proactive legal research and provide timely guidance to internal departments.
• Handle legal correspondence and mediate or settle conflicts with third parties.
