Job summary

THE/STUDIO is building the operating system for product creation, delivering on-demand manufacturing via Customize Now and global factory collaboration through Source Anything. We seek a Head of Operations to architect and scale a global, remote-first operations machine that blends software, data, and manufacturing.

This role combines manufacturing know-how with AI-driven process improvements and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce platforms, or tech-forward supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Global Factory Network, Customer Service and Customer Success.
• Treat operations as an engineering problem, using AI and automation to scale throughput.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to build scalable workflows.
• Map and improve the entire user journey from quote to delivery with a focus on UX.
• Build and mentor distributed teams across functions and geographies.
