Job summary

Roche is seeking a Global Medical Collaboration Leader to shape medical strategy and external engagement across Cardiometabolic Health. You will work across countries and affiliates, driving collaboration and evidence generation in early and late development stages.

The role requires a postgraduate science degree and extensive medical affairs experience, with fluency in English and Turkish. Travel is frequent, and the position is field-based across Türkiye and beyond.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Mandatory: Fluency in written and spoken language of host country (Turkish) preferred.
• Substantial experience in medical/scientific field customer facing role.
• Deep experience in Obesity, Diabetes, or Cardiometabolic areas is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with external stakeholders to drive medical strategy and engagement.
• Supports planning and deployment across disease areas and geographies.
• Establishes scientific collaborations and partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Contributes to medical launch readiness and access in assigned countries.
