Job summary

Roche in Türkiye is seeking a Global Medical Collaboration Leader to shape development and commercialization of our Cardiometabolic Health portfolio. This field-based role involves cross-country collaboration and close partnership with global medical teams to accelerate the delivery of medicines to patients.

The GMCL role requires advanced medical/scientific expertise, fluency in English and Turkish, and a track record in Medical Affairs or development.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in a science-related field (PhD, PharmD, MSc or MD).
Substantial experience in a medical/scientific field customer-facing role.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Fluency in the host country language (Turkish) is strongly preferred.
Experience in Medical Affairs, Product Development or Early Development and understanding of clinical trial processes.
Deep experience in Obesity, Diabetes or Cardiovascular diseases is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains strategic medical partnerships across global teams and affiliates.
Supports planning and deployment of medical strategies across disease areas and geographies.
Engages external stakeholders and scientific collaborators to advance medical initiatives.
Contributes to medical launch readiness and access efforts in assigned regions.
Provides insights on disease landscapes to inform cross-functional strategies.
Leads or participates in cross-functional projects to improve customer experience.
