Job summary

Aksa Power Generation, a Kazancı Holding subsidiary, invites a seasoned Director of Financial Affairs to join our Kavacık Headquarters in Istanbul. You will lead Budget & Reporting and General Accounting, with near-term oversight of Cost Accounting, coordinating with domestic and international operations to ensure accurate, compliant financial leadership.

The role requires 15+ years in finance, Big4 background, SAP expertise, advanced English, and strong budgeting, consolidation, and costing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Big4 background and senior finance experience in the private sector.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis experience with tax/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Accounting, Budget & Reporting, and Cost Accounting departments.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate accounting and tax practices across domestic and international locations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management.
• Manage consolidation and elimination processes for group companies.
• Establish and improve control systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Lead cost accounting related to production costs, profitability, and efficiency.
• Provide forecasts, financial models, and strategic analyses for decision-makers.
• Ensure SAP usage and drive related improvement projects.
