Job summary

SHEIN is building a talent pool of experienced Buyers to support growing product categories and future hiring needs. This is an opportunity to be considered for upcoming Buyer positions across apparel product groups.

As a Buyer, you will combine commercial awareness, product expertise, trend insight, and strong supplier management to create relevant, high-performing assortments for our global customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, product development, merchandising, sourcing, or category management within apparel.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to interpret sales data and make product decisions.
• End-to-end product development experience from concept to bulk production.
• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and cost drivers.
• English, Chinese, or Turkish proficiency; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build seasonal assortment plans aligned with category strategy and sales targets.
• Research fashion trends and consumer preferences to guide product development.
• Identify bestselling and slow-moving items and translate insights into buying decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage development from concept to delivery, balancing style, quality, cost, and lead time.
• Source and maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate prices and terms.
• Monitor quality, fit, and production feasibility during development.
• Ensure ranges meet the needs of international, fast-moving e-commerce customers.
• Respond quickly to market changes and opportunities while focusing on performance.
