Job summary

adesso Turkey is seeking a Marketing Content Manager – Digital Channels to lead end-to-end content creation and optimization for high-performance Landing Pages within our CMS ecosystem. You will become a power user who understands templates, data sources, and fragments to deliver a seamless international user journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of professional marketing experience with a focus on content creation.
• Experience in online editing or content management.
• Confident with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• First experience with a CMS is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy across online channels aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow international social media channels.
• Create and coordinate content for social media and websites.
• Maintain and optimize existing content and ensure CMS consistency.
• Create, maintain and optimize web content (text, images, Landing Pages, possibly video).
• Oversee editorial direction of websites to support lead generation.
• Work with FirstSpirit CMS to manage content and templates.
• Ensure alignment with corporate design and brand voice.
• SEO and performance optimization for content.
• Integrate MarTech: forms, tracking scripts, personalization within CMS.
• Conduct QA to enhance user experience and lead generation.
