Responsibilities

• Supports the Cargo Claims team in delivering a positive and professional customer experience.
• Coordinates with customers and internal stakeholders across the end-to-end cargo claims lifecycle.
• Assists with survey organization, documentation follow-up, and reporting.
• Handles cargo claims queries in a timely and structured manner.
• Builds relationships with local, regional, and global claims teams.
• Gains exposure to reefer operational processes and supports with coordination and issue tracking.
