Job summary

ING Head Office in Istanbul seeks an experienced professional for Wholesale Banking - Multinational Client Relationship Management at Assistant Vice President level. The role supports Senior Account Managers, grows multinational client portfolios, and coordinates cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking relationship management, deep product and risk understanding, and strong English communication skills, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably from Administrative Sciences, Economics, Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in client relationship management
• In-depth understanding of all wholesale banking products
• Understanding risk and financial analysis
• In-depth understanding of market trends & macro economics
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Account Managers with assigned multinational client portfolios to build trusted relationships and carry part of the client portfolio
• Involve in or support expanding relationships with existing multinational corporate clients and identifying prospects
• Coordinate ING's global product and network capabilities to deliver tailor-made solutions
• Develop and maintain dialogue with PAMs across geographies to pursue multinational client relationships
• Engage with global and local product teams to coordinate delivery of solutions
• Assist in securing internal approvals for credit reviews and transactions with PAMs and risk teams
