Relief International is seeking a Global Awards & Donor Compliance Manager to lead award management and donor compliance across a portfolio of complex humanitarian programmes. This remote, 12-month role connects country offices with global support functions to ensure donor-funded projects are managed effectively from proposal through close-out.

You will guide donor regulations, risk mitigation, reporting and partnership management while building organizational capacity and ensuring program

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum seven years' experience in awards management and donor compliance within an international NGO.
• Strong knowledge of major institutional donors including US & European donors.
• Experience managing complex donor-funded portfolios and ensuring lifecycle compliance.
• Proven ability with proposal budgets, donor agreements, and reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of donor-funded awards and contracts across the full lifecycle.
• Provide strategic guidance on donor compliance, risks and regulations.
• Participate in reviews, proposals, and donor agreement processes ensuring quality assurance.
• Monitor performance against standards and KPIs, support corrective actions.
• Strengthen reporting quality and oversee partnership management processes.
