Maersk Denizcilik is seeking a Finance Collections Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Turkey. You will manage dunning procedures, contact customers to collect payments, and ensure adherence to cash policy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a university degree in finance, 1–2 years in finance & collections, and proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree from finance studies is preferred.
• 1–2 years professional experience in finance & collection.
• Working experience with people management.
• Working experience with SAP preferred.
• Excellent command of MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Turkish & English.

Responsabilités

• Handle dunning calls and follow-ups with customers.
• Make regular calls to cash customers to collect payments.
• Utilize organizational tools and drive process improvements.
• Identify errors and take corrective actions on reports.
• Monitor disputes until resolution and clear disputes within 7 days when possible.
• Coordinate with Disputes and Analytics teams.
• Support cargo release approvals and container deposit refunds.
