Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative (German speaker) to support services sales, manage leads, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with field sales, IT channels, distributors, and resellers to understand customer needs and provide product-related guidance and offerings.

The role requires German language proficiency (B2–C1) and fluent English, with a focus on optimizing quotes, maintaining relationships, and improving sales processes within the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical/IT/telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell distributed services and products via phone or e-mail; educate customers on impact to their business and offer related services or replacements.
• Generate and follow up service quotations to customers.
• Understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
• Provide follow up on ongoing quotes until Purchase Orders are received.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to support sales goals; collaborate with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams.
