Job summary

adesso Turkey is seeking a German-speaking Java Developer to join a dynamic, self-organized team building enterprise-level products for local and global markets. You will collaborate with consultants, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA, and cross-functional developers to deliver high-quality software.

You will contribute by implementing requirements, defining API details, and participating in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Java software development (Java 11+).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Microservices/SOA architectures.
• Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and Spring modules.
• Experience with OOP and Git in team environments.
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement product requirements, user stories, and epics as maintainable, testable software with the team.
• Collaborate to define technical specs and API design details.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team activities.
• Contribute to code reviews and comprehensive testing to ensure quality.
• Own the quality of your project and proactively fix defects.
• Migrate solutions to newer technologies and frameworks as needed.
• Share findings through Tech Talks and continuous learning.
