The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Affiliate Manager to own partner relationships, sell placements on the website and newsletter, and onboard high-value partners. You will negotiate deals and manage daily communications with German-speaking partners across the DACH region, aligning with GMT+0 to GMT+4 business hours.

This hands-on role requires proven affiliate marketing experience, independence, and the ability to drive revenue with minimal training, in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on affiliate marketing experience across publisher, network or advertiser sides.
• Experience managing affiliate partners and networks day-to-day.
• Fluent German with good English ability.
• Based in GMT+0 to GMT+4 and comfortable working during DACH hours.

Responsabilités

• Run the partnership inbox and respond to offers, tracking, and traffic questions.
• Build a media kit and sell website placements and weekly newsletter slots.
• Negotiate terms with partners, including CPA/CPS rates and exclusive codes.
• Onboard new shops, brands and fintechs through networks and direct deals.
• Track performance metrics like clicks, EPC, basket size and rejection rates.
• Report weekly on revenue, pipeline and top/bottom partners.
• Use AI tools to manage inbox and reporting.
