• To determine the company's strategies and targets in accordance with the main policies provided by the Board of Directors.


• To take the necessary measures to achieve the profitability targets of the company.


• To make short, medium and long-term plans and forecasts in order to manage the company's income and cash flow balance effectively.


• To make data-based investment and technology decisions as a result of research on global industry trends.


• To make new business plans in order to the grow the business.


• To ensure that strategic plans are created for all functions in order to achieve the company's goals,


• To ensure that the company targets are spread to the lowest level and to manage the performance system accordingly,


• To ensure the use of modern, pioneering Management System and practices that will ensure the sustainability of the company.


• To predetermine, evaluate and control possible events or situations in order to provide reasonable assurance for the company to realize its strategic goals and objectives, and to make data-based decisions to reduce the impact of possible losses.


• Data-based analysis of new situations that arise in accordance with the company's strategic goals and objectives, putting into practice those within its jurisdiction and responsibility, identifying possible opportunities other than this.


• To create the organizational structure and senior management team that will lead the company to its goals.


• Taking part as a leader or team member by supporting project team work.
