Job summary

COM Games in Istanbul seeks a Game Developer to elevate core gameplay, controls, physics, and feedback. You will write robust Unity/C# code, sharpen animation, transitions, and particle effects, and optimize performance across devices for a smooth player experience.

You will collaborate with Product and Art teams, iterate quickly with analytics and A/B testing, and help evolve live titles toward hybrid-casual gameplay while keeping the polish high.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game development experience.
• Solid mobile F2P experience (hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore).
• Strong knowledge of Unity UI, physics, animation, particles, transitions, and tweens.
• Good grasp of mobile performance: profiling, memory, loading, crashes, ANRs.
• Experience iterating fast with product teams, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Good sense of game feel, polish, and simplicity.

Com Games is a small, fast-moving mobile game studio based in Istanbul. We build and scale casual and puzzle games on iOS and Android, with live titles that already have real players. We're looking for a Game Developer who cares about game feel — someone who can take a working game and make it feel great.

Your first mission: elevate core gameplay — controls, physics, feedback, pacing, difficulty, animation, VFX, and overall polish.

What you'll do

• Work on the full game experience, from core gameplay to polish and performance
• Write robust, scalable, maintainable Unity/C# code
• Sharpen controls, physics, responsiveness, animations, transitions, particles, and feedback
• Optimize across low- and high-end devices — frame rate, memory, loading time, crash rate, ANRs
• Work closely with Product and Art to improve game feel without sacrificing performance
• Support fast iteration through analytics, A/B testing, and technical event tracking
• Help evolve our games beyond their hypercasual roots toward hybrid-casual

What you bring
