SekGames is seeking a Game Developer to join our mobile games team in Fatih, Istanbul. You’ll own features from development to release and work closely with developers, artists, and product teams to solve technical and gameplay challenges.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in game development, experience with idle arcade projects, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. Enthusiasm for learning and adopting AI tools is a plus.

We’re looking for a Game Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our mobile games. In this role, you’ll work closely with the development and product teams, take ownership of your work, and actively contribute to solving both technical and gameplay-related challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain gameplay features and game systems for mobile games.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in game development, with a solid understanding of common game development principles and workflows.

• Previous experience working on at least one substantial idle arcade game or project is a strong plus.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.

• A naturally curious and proactive mindset — someone who is comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and digging deeper when learning something new.

• A positive and energetic working style that contributes to a motivated and productive team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach technical challenges with ownership and initiative.
