Job summary

CXG is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile-first learning platform for luxury brands. This remote, ongoing freelance role focuses on content that feels elevated and cohesive across paths.

You will work hands-on inside our learning-authoring platform (Autrice and similar tools), building templates, icon sets, and visual systems, collaborating with marketing and learning teams, and iterating through feedback to raise the premium feel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally for premium or luxury brands.
• A portfolio demonstrating design systems, digital content, or learning/e-learning work.
• Experience learning and working within new digital tools or platforms (a key requirement — see note above).
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, motion, or icon design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine learning-module templates directly in our authoring platform — typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy, and navigation consistency
• Ensure every screen is mobile-first and optimized for portrait consumption
• Develop distinct-but-coherent visual identities for learning paths such as Luxury, Clienteling, Emotional Selling, and Management
• Move from single-module thinking to full-path creative systems that remain part of the CXG Learn ecosystem
• Build reusable visual libraries — neutral boutique backgrounds and category-specific backgrounds (cosmetics, ready-to-wear, jewellery, watches)
• Create icon sets tied to the client experience and retail performance
• Revamp existing modules to be more premium, mobile-first, and scalable
• Apply and help maintain the CXG Learn creative guidelines across all content
• Work closely with the marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly through feedback
