CXG group is seeking individuals to evaluate luxury brands by discreetly assessing customer experiences. You’ll visit stores or evaluate online, then provide honest feedback to help brands refine services.

Missions are flexible and can be done from home or on-site, with multiple assignments per month possible. No prior experience is required; applicants should be 18+ and enjoy customer experience, with reliability and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align missions with preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in-store or online from home.
• Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires on our platform.
