Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group seeks a PMO specialist for a FMCG carve-out and transformation program in Istanbul. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, and drive on-time delivery of strategic objectives across local and global stakeholders.

The role requires 7-8 years in PMO within food industry transformations, strong finance interaction, and fluency in Turkish and English. This is a full-time, office-based position with exposure to senior leadership and multi-market teams.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of professional experience in PMO role in Carveout project in Food industry or related transformation environments.
• Ability to interact with management control (Finance).
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations.
• Strong project management, coordination of multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Fluent Turkish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a major transformation program within the Turkey market.
• Manage project governance activities with clear tracking of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Monitor performance and mitigate issues affecting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate transition planning and support operational readiness across functions.
• Partner with local and global stakeholders to manage transition requirements and costs.
• Facilitate business continuity through knowledge transfer and data migration.
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalations and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Finance, Audit, HR, Operations, Procurement, Technology and others to ensure delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions and levels.
• Prepare governance materials, progress reports, and executive updates for leadership.
• Drive alignment and adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Support organizational change management for stakeholder engagement and successful transition.
• Promote best practices in PMO and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a FMCG Carve out and PMO candidate for a consumer goods organization who is undertaking a significant strategic transformation initiative that will impact its operating model, processes, and organizational structure across multiple markets. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating complex transition activities and driving successful delivery of critical business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, providing exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams while contributing to a high-impact strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a major transformation program within the Turkey market.

Required Competences

• 7-8 years of professional experience in PMO role in Carveout project in Food industry, Business Transformation, Organizational Change, Integration, Separation, or related transformation-focused environments.
• Ability to interact with management control (Finance)
• Proven experience working within large, multinational, matrixed organizations.
• Strong project management skillswith the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management across different functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in Project Management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent) is considered advantageous.
